This Sunday, July 30, no services will be held at St. Andrew. We will have a single, joint outdoor (weather permitting) service with our neighboring parish, St. George at the South Mountain Recreation Complex at the Clipper Pavilion on Cherry Lane, West Orange. The location of the Pavilion is circled on the map.
There is a large parking lot across the street from the Pavilion and a stop light at the cross walk, so everyone can enter the area safely after parking. The Pavilion has tables and seating, so no need to bring chairs. We will have a great view of the reservoir, and it is right near the swan paddle boats. (The reservoir was partly drained recently, so it may not be possible to use the paddle boats at this time.)
There will be a brief service and we will share a picnic meal afterwards. Please bring picnic food to share (desserts, fruit and sides). We need 3-5 volunteers who can do ONE specific task to make the day enjoyable.
If there are thunderstorms, hurricanes, hail, lightning or other Acts of God, we will meet at SAHC.
